Welcome to Season 112! Ghosties, ghoulies, goblins and wizards rule the night as the BSB ventures into the dark-side. The program includes Darroll Barry’s “Ghosts, Goblins, Witches, and Wizards” and Hans Zimmer’s “Angels and Demons” with a brief appearance by a “Mischievous Spirit.” And, there are dragons! The BSB will premiere Samantha Hogan’s “There Be Dragons” a suite for oboe and brass band featuring Dr. Sara Hamilton as oboe soloist. This performance may be frightening, is definitely thought-provoking, and ultimately positively enjoyable. And never fear, there are heroes standing by to save the day! Freewill Donation.
